Named to the Big West Conference All-Freshman Team • appeared in 28 games, averaging 6.5 ppg (fourth on the team) • her 46 assists were third on the team • also had 21 steals • shot .285 from the floor and .309 from three-point range • also hit on 73 percent of her free throws • had seven games scoring 10-or-more points.

LYNWOOD HS
Played three years of varsity basketball for the Knights under head coach Ellis Barfield • earned All-CIF second team honors and All-San Gabriel Valley League honors as a sophomore when she averaged 17.5 ppg to go with five steals and seven assists per game • as a junior, Adams was named to the Best of the West All-Tournament team while also earning all-league honors after averaging 18.0 ppg, 6.0 spg and 7.0 apg • was named the team’s Most Insprational Player as a junior and was also named the Press-Telegram Player of the Week • as a senior, Adams averaged 19.5 ppg, 5.0 spg and 6.0 apg.

PERSONAL
Born on March 30, 1984, in Los Angeles, Calif. • parents are Derrick and Norma • plans to major in communications with an emphasis in broadcasting at Cal State Fullerton • after graduation, she hopes to work for a high-profile sporting goods company such as Nike or adidas while also pursuing a career in the WNBA • also considered attending Loyola Marymount, Cal State Northridge and San Diego State.
