THIS SEASON: Keathley will battle for playing time in a crowded Titan backcourt this season, but brings strong credentials to the program as a freshman.

CARONDELET HS:
Keathley played four years of basketball for the Cougars under head coach Margret Giarther • earned first-team Bay Valley Athletic League honors as a freshman, sophomore, and junior • named Most Valuable Player of the BVAL as a senior • as a senior, named as one of the top 50 athletes in the Bay Area and was named first-team All-Bay Area that same year • named to the All-Bay Area second team as a junior • set school record for single-season assists as a junior, then broke her own record as a senior • set the school career record with 153 assists • led team in steals as a junior and senior • played for the AAU East Bay Xplosion over the summer.

PERSONAL: Born June 16, 1983, in San Francisco, CA • mother is Carol Keathley • lists her hobbies as skiing, swimming and watching television • currently an undecided major at Cal State Fullerton • also considered Sacramento State, Saint Mary’s and Humboldt State before choosing Cal State Fullerton • chose the Titans because she “felt really comfortable on my visit and I liked the campus a lot.”
