Women's Basketball Coaches
Trimeka Jackson returns to Cal State Fullerton for her fourth year with the Titans and has been key to the development of the post players at Cal State Fullerton. Jackson was an outstanding player at Long Beach City College and Cal State Dominguez Hills, where she helped lead the Toros to their first-ever conference title and a trip to their first-ever NCAA Tournament. After graduation, Jackson immediately began her coaching career as an assistant coach for three seasons at her alma mater. She has extensive involvement in the South Bay and Los Angeles communities, having assisted in a developmental outreach services program at Dominguez Hills which is geared towards helping high school and junior high school-age students understand the necessary curriculum and core courses which meet university or college requirements. Jackson graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in sociology with a minor in physical education. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in kinesiology and health promotion at Cal State Fullerton. Having Trimeka on board really made a world of difference this past year, Ehardt said. She brings a unique insight into all that we do. She has an absolutely solid feel for post play and does a tremendous job of both teaching and developing our post players. As a coach, she has really come into her own over the course of this past year. And despite all of the challenges we faced, Trimeka was never fazed or discouraged.
