THIS SEASON: Despite a back injury that limited her role in the lineup
all last season, Hansen returns for her third year as a Titan and will be
key to Cal State Fullerton's success in the post this season • 2000-01:
Appeared in 27 of Fullerton's 28 games, starting 24 • ranked fourth
on the team in scoring with 6.7 ppg and led the team on the boards with
6.4 ppg • led the team shooting .417 from the floor and shot .571 from
the free throw line • ranked tied for 7th in the Big West in rebounding
and sixth in the conference in blocks (0.74) • scored 10 or more points
in four games, including a career-high 18 points against Cal State Northridge
(11/28) • grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds against Portland (12/28),
and notched double-digit rebounds three times • led the team in rebounding
12 times • 1999-2000: Appeared in 17 games for the Titans, starting
15 • averaged 5.1 points and 4.4 rebounds • she scored a season-high
14 points in a 70-64 overtime win against New Mexico State (1/16) and grabbed
a season-high 10 rebounds in the Titans' win vs. San Jose State (1/2) •
netted back-to-back 10-point games against Portland and Saint Mary's •
had four blocks against Santa Clara (12/12).
NORCO HS: A four-year varsity player, was an All-CIF selection her
sophomore, junior and senior years • was league MVP her senior year
and was also picked to the first-team all-county squad • was named
all-league those three years as well • received a USA achievement award
during her sophomore year • she finished her prep career No. 1 on the
all-time list for blocks at Norco High School.
PERSONAL: Born on September 15, 1981, in La Mirada • parents
are Ronald and Julie • has two older brothers, Sean and Jason, and
a younger brother, Casey • has not yet declared a major • hobbies
include spending time with friends, waterskiing, shopping and talking on
the phone • lists country as her favorite music and Mexican or Italian
as her favorite food.
