Titans Manage Only 42 Points in Loss at SLO Jan. 8, 2002– San Luis Obispo, Calif.
Kari Duperron scored 15 points and Katie Paterson added 14 Tuesday night
as Cal Poly SLO rolled to a 65-42 Big West Conference victory over Cal
State Fullerton.
The Titans got 12 points from Tricia Lamb but shot only 27 per cent from
the floor in posting their lowest scoring total of the season. They fell
to 2-12 overall and 0-3 in the Big West while Cal Poly improved to 5-7,
2-0.
Cal Poly jumped out to an 11-3 lead and led by 13 at the half. The lead
grew to as many as 26 points after intermission.
Fullerton is idle until a home game next Tuesday night vs. UC Riverside.
