• A serving who tallied 13 aces in her limited action, Dial was tied
for fourth in aces per game (0.25) • Had 83 digs for a 1.60 average
• Three times, she racked up double figures in digs, including a season-high
19 in a five-game win at UC Irvine on Sept. 28.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a two-time first-team all-conference and all-state
selection at Evergreen H.S. in Evergreen, Colo. • Captained the team
her senior year and was named “Best of the Best at Middle Blocker for
2000” by the Rocky Mountain News • Twice named Canyon Courier

a Colorado Business Week scholar.

at relaxing, but she’s never been able to run long distance •
Favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant and favorite team is the Lakers • Enjoys
snowboarding • Active in the PEP Program, which creates opportunities
for disabled children to participate in athletics, and also supports programs
for the elderly.
