The No. 24 Pacific women's volleyball team improved to 6-5 overall (2-1
Big West Conference) with a 30-17, 30-20, 30-20 victory over Cal State
Fullerton (4-11, 0-3 Big West) on Friday, Sept. 27, at the Spanos Center.
Junior Jennifer Joines paced Pacific offensively with a match-high 12
kills on the evening. Senior Megan Hauschild (Sacramento, Calif.) added
11 kills for Pacific as the Tigers outhit the Titans .395-.087 for the
match. Sophomore Lauren Goins (La Habra, Calif.) led Cal State Fullerton
– which has lost nine consecutive matches – with a team high
11 kills.
The Titans will play a nonconference match at Nevada Saturday night.
