Win Game One, But Mustangs Take the Match Oct. 19 , 2002 – Fullerton, Calif. Box Score Cal Poly setter Carly O'Halloran turned in an exceptional all-around performance to pace Cal Poly to a 25-30, 30-18, 30-22, 30-15 win over Cal State Fullerton in a Big West Conference volleyball match in Fullerton Saturday night. O'Hallaran had 46 assists, 12 digs, seven blocks and six kills in 12 attempts for the Mustangs, who improved to 7-10 overall and 6-3 in Big West play. The Titans lost their 16th consecutive match (though they did win their first game since Sept. 14) to fall to 4-18 overall and 0-9 in conference action. Jessica Diepersloot had 10 kills and 22 digs for the Mustangs and Worthy Lien had 15 kills and 10 blocks. As a team, the Mustangs pounded down 16 blocks. Fullerton was paced by Lauren Goins, who had 22 kills and 18 digs. Carley Dial had 12 kills and Kim Levey had 49 assists and 12 digs. The Titans will host Cal State Northridge and Pacific in Big West action next weekend.
