Power Failure Doesn't Slow Titans vs. Weber State

Be Holcombe had 16 kills and five blocks to pace the Cal State Fullerton women's volleyball team to a five-game win over Weber State at the Sands Regency/Nevada Bell Invitational in Reno Friday night.

The Titans (3-1) won, 30-20, 24-30, 30-25, 26-30, 15-12, in a match that was twice delayed by a power failure in Nevada's Virginia Stree Gym. The time of the match was 3:30, with the delays totalling 1:14.

Megan Sabo added 13 kills for the Titans, Roxanne Barlow had 11 kills and Katie Crawford had 10 kills. Junior setter Kim Levey had 58 assists.

Fullerton will meet St. Mary's and Nevada on Saturday.
