Tennis Players
CAL STATE FULLERTON SOPHOMORE (2003-04): Played in only the fall season, reaching the third round of the Cal State Fullerton Fall Intercollegiate singles consolation championship... posted victories over Southern Utah's Crystal Holt, Pepperdine's Merve Asmigil, and Point Loma's Christine LaLonde... finished with a 3-3 overall singles record... also went 3-3 in doubles play along with teammate Caroline Freeman... the duo reached the consolation finals of the Fall Intercollegiate championships before falling to a duo from Long Beach State. FRESHMAN (2002-03): Competed in only three matches for the Titans as a freshman, posting an 0-3 record... fell to Long Beach State's Claudia Argumedo in the first round of the Fall Intercollegiate Tournament at Cal State Fullerton and Cal Poly Pomona's Jennie Burggraf in the consolation bracket... teamed with Jessica Martin to go 0-1 in doubles play. HIGH SCHOOL: Was a member of the Dana Hills High School team that reached the Southern Section CIF finals... a doubles specialist... received "Team Appreciation" award and was also a scholar athlete her senior year, graduating with a 3.6 GPA. PERSONAL: Parents are Michael and Cindy Dunbar... has two sisters, Eickia and Taryn, and one brother, Bryce... planning on majoring in criminal justice... eventually wants to become an FBI agent.
