CAL STATE FULLERTON
2004 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in just 26 games making nine starts • scored seven runs and drove in three • her lone hit on the season came against DePaul at the Kia Klassic, driving in a pair of runs • scored runs in four of her last five games.

2003 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 34 games for the Titans, making 14 starts • was 1-for-4 at the plate, but appeared in numerous pinch-running situations, scoring 11 runs on the year • walked four times and was 2-for-3 in stolen bases • made two errors in 44 chances at second base filling in for an injured Heather Saltarelli • got her first career hit in the second game of a doubleheader with Cal Poly (5/4) • drew a career-best three walks in the final game of the Cal Poly series on May 5.

MT. WHITNEY HS
Played three seasons of varsity softball with the Pioneers • was a three-time All-West Yosemite League selection from her sophomore to senior years • played the infield and also saw time as a pitcher • played two years of varsity basketball and three years of varsity volleyball as a defensive specialist • earned all-league honors in volleyball as a sophomore • honored with the Charles Marshall Pioneer of the Year Award and earned the Academic and Leadership Award, Crafts Club Award, and was an All-American Scholar.

PERSONAL
Born on Dec. 13, 1983, in Tulare, Calif. • parents are Carlos and Anita • a sociology major • her older sister, Raquel “Rocky” Medina, played softball for the Titans from 1995-98 • also has a younger sister, Stephanie.
