2003 (SOPHOMORE):
First-team All-Foothill Conference outfielder • hit .282 with 28 runs scored and 12 RBI • also stole 10 bases • ranked 13th in the conference in hits (40), eighth in runs, and tied for 22nd in RBI • also ranked seventh in stolen bases and was tied for 11th in the conference as one of the toughest players to strikeout (eight strikeouts in 142 at-bats).

2002 (FRESHMAN):
Second-team All-Foothill Conference honoree • hit .267 for the Marauders (while playing the majority of the schedule wearing a cast on her wrist) with 33 runs scored and 13 RBI • stole 16 bases • hit .286 in conference play and amassed a .428 on-base percentage overall.

QUARTZ HILL HS
Played three seasons of varsity softball for the Rebels, earning second-team All-Golden League honors as a senior • twice voted Most Inspirational as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL
Born June 6, 1983, in Salt Lake City, Utah • parents are Kevin and Susan Tantlinger and Jim Platts • has two younger sisters, Lauren and Shelby • her father, Kevin, played for the U.S. Men’s National Fastpitch Team • also considered Cal Poly and Arizona State • chose Cal State Fullerton because of the coaching staff, location and the team.
