SOFTBALL PLAYERS
UNIVERSITY OF IOWA 2003 (SOPHOMORE): Played in 49 games for the Hawkeyes, helping Iowa to a 44-15 overall record and a 13-4 mark in the Big Ten, claiming the regular season title All-Big Ten Second Team honoree Hawkeyes went on to win the Big Ten Tournament championship to earn a berth in the NCAA regionals, where Iowa reached the championship game in Lincoln, Nebraska, before falling to Washington hit .323 overall with four home runs and 25 RBI also had eight doubles and a pair of triples stole five bases in seven attempts. 2002 (FRESHMAN): Started 54 games (mostly in centerfield) for the Hawkeyes, helping the team to a 36-20 record and a 12-4 mark in the Big Ten for a third-place finish hit first career home run against Tennessee had nine multiple hit games made only one error in 57 chances in centerfield (.982) had four outfield assists hit .269 with 23 runs scored, six doubles and three home runs had 15 RBI and four stolen bases.
