2003 Softball
CAL STATE FULLERTON 2002 (FRESHMAN): Saw limited action, making six starts in 14 games for the Titans in her rookie year • Hornish hit .211 with a double and two RBI • had hits in four different games against Nebraska, San Jose State, Utah State and UC Riverside. SANTA MONICA HS Played four seasons of varsity softball and soccer at both Crossroads HS and Santa Monica HS (to which she transferred her sophomore year) • named to the First-Team All-Delphic League as a freshman and sophomore and earned league MVP honors as a sophomore • named First-Team All-Bay League as a junior and was also an All-CIF selection that season • named Most Offensive Player as a freshman at Crossroads and again as a junior at Santa Monica • named team MVP her freshman-junior years • helped lead Crossroads to two Delphic League titles • earned scholar-athlete honors her freshman-junior seasons • played ASA softball for Gordon’s Panthers and spent the summer of 2001 with the Worth Firecrackers.
