2003 Softball
CYPRESS COLLEGE 2002 (FRESHMAN): Campbell transferred to Cal State Fullerton in the summer of 2002 after playing one season at Cypress College • as a freshman, Campbell hit .308 with 31 RBI and 28 runs scored while leading the team in doubles with 12 • she was a key figure in the Chargers’ run to the Orange Empire Conference title and a 46-8 overall record • Cypress College finished fourth in the state tournament after entering as the No. 2 seed. GARDEN GROVE HS Played one season of softball with the Argonauts, earning first-team All-Garden Grove League honors as a senior • was also named team MVP and made the all-tournament team at the Fullerton HS tournament • played in the North-South All Star Game and the Orange County Coaches All Star Game. PERSONAL Born July 19, 1983, in Anaheim • Parents are Robert and Marianne • has two older sisters (Jaclyn and Angela) and an older brother (Daniel) • hopes to teach history at the high school or college level • her cousin, Brandon Williams, played football and rugby at the University of Arkansas.
