Rains Force Cancellation of Kia Klassic March 15, 2003 – Fullerton, Calif.
Heavy rains blanketing Southern California have forced the cancellation
of the remainder of the 2003 Kia Klassic Softball Tournament in Fullerton,
Calif., it was announced Saturday morning.
Pool play was completed on Friday (March 14) evening and two games in
the championship bracket were completed on Friday night.
Team champions and runners-up have not yet been determined and will be
announced at a later date.
Cal State Fullerton returns to action on Saturday (March 22) as the Titans
travel to Tucson to take on Arizona in a doubleheader beginning at 12
p.m.
