Parents are Nader and Julie Shafii... Communications major who hopes to
get a job that pays "lots of money"... Most memorable sports thrill
was scoring the game-tying goal with one minute to play in the CIF finals
in Titan Stadium as a senior to earn a CIF title... Played club ball for
the Irvine Strikers... His teams won four state cup titles and two regional
titles... Credits former Titan player Paul McDonnell with most influencing
his soccer career: "He believed in me and our team and took us to a
national title."
