FULLERTON: Titans' leading scorer during the 2001 season with 22 points on 9 goals with 4 assists... Started all 20 matches... Had 4 game-winning goals including an overtime penalty kick at Cal... Had two goals in loss to UC Irvine on Oct. 21... One of only two Titans (Ray Ramirez) to earn first-team All-Big West Conference honors... In 2000 was an explosive offensive threat off the bench who played in all but one match... Was sixth on the team with 11 points, scoring 3 goals... Got scores in consecutive matches at the LMU Tournament, scoring against Gonzaga in a 4-3 overtime win and then against the host Lions in a 3-1 victory... His 28 shots were fourth most on the squad. HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year varsity letterman at Roosevelt High for Coach Charles McKay... Leading scorer in Los Angeles with 37 goals and won the city's player of the year award... Team won city championship... Led team in scoring all three seasons... Was school's male athlete of the year as a senior and won leadership and academic awards... Had a 3.8 grade point average. PERSONAL: Born on Nov. 6, 1980, in Siguatepeque, Honduras... Mother is Miriam... Father is deceased... Has a younger brother, Jose, and three sisters -- Wendy, Miriam and Karolina...
